Shipping policy

Shipping Art Prints

All prints are made to order with care.

For customers in the UK, US, Canada and Australia, prints are printed and shipped locally to ensure faster delivery and no customs charges.

For EU orders, prints are printed and shipped from within the EU (Netherlands), with no customs or import fees.

Orders are usually prepared within 2–3 working days and shipped with tracking. 

Expected Delivery Times

• EU: 4-9 working days.
• UK: 3-5 working days.
• USA: 4-8 working days.
• Australia: 4-7 working days.
• Canada: 4-8 working days.
• Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped within the EU, UK, US, Canada and Australia do not incur import fees or customs duties.

For other countries, local import taxes or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Original Paintings

All original paintings are carefully packaged and shipped from the Evanou Art studio in Thessaloniki, Greece.

• You can expect your order to be dispatched within 5 business days.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

We currently use standard postal services (Greek Post: Elta Hellenic Post) for shipping original paintings within Greece as well as for international orders.

Expected Delivery Times:

• Greece: 2-4 working days
• EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway: 5-10 working days
  
• Canada: 2-3 weeks
  
• USA: Greek postal services have suspended shipments to the U.S. due to new customs rules. Until this is resolved, original paintings cannot be shipped to the U.S. at the moment.
• Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks

Please note: For original painting purchases, customers located outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
